Inocrrect listing on relevant Bureau Services

My name is unfairly listed as a default payer on relevant Bureau Services by ITC Business Administration on behalf of MWEB Connect. I made necessary arrangements with MWEB billing department regarding my account and made a commitment to pay my account on 31 May 2015, of which comp**** with. The payment was made on 28 May 2015 and the prove of payment was sent to MWEB billing dept to update my account. I was surprised to receive a demand letter on 13 July 2015 from the ITC BA on behalf of MWEB stating that my account is going to be handed over. The ITC BA has never called me to try to collect the outstanding amount as I could have informed that my account is paid. I spoke to the Ms N Samuels ITC BA and Saadiegah Manuel of MWEB on 12 August explaining my situation and they both confirmed that the payment was received. I instructed S Manuel to liaise with ITC BA Legal dept to make sure that my name is not handed over as I paid the account. But it is clear this matter was not addressed appropriately as my name is listed on Bureau Services as a defaulter. I demand that ITC BA & MWEB clear my name with Bureau Services with immediate effect as this is affecting my payment credit profile.
