****ing pathetic service providers!!

I moved houses for almost a month now and requested the line be moved. After 2 weeks of back and forth with mweb we still didnt have internet and they kept blaming metro fibre, only for metro fibre to confirm they never received a cancelation. Eventually we canceled the line with mweb and moved directly to metro fibre who had us connected in 2 days! We are being harassed by our old landlord now as their new tenant cannot connect their wifi due to mweb still having their active line, and because of this our rent deposit is being held until it's canceled. Worst ****ing service ever experienced in my life. But looking at their reviews, it's obviously nothing surprising.
