Inefficiency and inadequate service of MWeb and vumatel.

My internet can't be connected since the 18th of March 2022 because I have a pending order which can't be activated or paid until Vumatel and Mweb releases / activates it. After making more than 20 calls and spending more than R150 airtime, the matter is still not resolved. Nobody gets back to you and this I call inefficiency on both ISP side. It's almost like ********* and hostage.
