INCREASED MY FIBRE SPEED WITHOUT CONSENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is now the Second time in a space of 1 month where you increase my fiber R50 ,who gave you the permission to increase my speed twice now. This is unacceptable and you see to it remains unchanged. My contract will end soon Please note I will not return to this pathetic service . I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!
