Increase of Subsription

I'm on a 1 year 1Mbps fibre contract that expires end of March 2021. My monthly subscription suddenly changed from R399 to R449 this month. I want to know why this was done as it is ******* to unilaterally change the terms (either the price or duration) of a contract, My attempts to get a response from Mweb on this matter are proving to be unsuccessful. I've sent two e-mails to to Scott Ross at Mweb.
