Incorrect billing and speed

In mid January 2023, I upgraded my package to a 1gbps speed.

To date I have never gotten close to that speed. My current speed is around 60mbps.

I have spoken to numerous technicians at mweb, and they never call me back with updates and the matter us still not resolved.

Mweb is still billing me for the 1gbps package even though I'm getting speeds of 60mbps.

Is this a joke....are you guys running a **** on your customers.

So terribly dissapointed and disgusted with you guys behavior .

People..please don't sign up with mweb...they are ********
