INCONSISTENT ADSL CONNECTION

Good Day<br> <br> I have been with MWEB for just over a month now, and have a 4MB uncapped ADSL account, since the beginning my ADSL speed and connection has always been inconsistent with sometimes it works fine and other times completely slow, or unusable. I have a brand new Huawei ADSL2 modem which i am sure isn't the problem. For the past two nights at around 9:30pm you cannot access the internet, with the internet only normalizing the next morning. What is the purpose of having MWEB ADSL when you are never certain of whether you are going to be able to use the internet. My internet connection is never consistent nor is it reliably stable. In essence i am paying for something that i am not truly enjoying the purpose of it. If my current ADSL woes continue with MWEB i will be forced to cancel and reconsider another ISP. I sincerely hope that you'll can get to the bottom of this. I have never exceeded my AUP and i have never been throttled.<br> <br> Thanks
