so, after 8 weeks of trying to get MWEB to sort out their "fibre that stutters".. and NO ONE at mweb getting it right. and phoning a million times (of which i have proof as you send me an sms every time i phone)... i guess the only way to make this work is to simply CANCEL my debit order to MWEB and go to another service provider.

Thanks for the 2.5years of decent fibre, but after 8 weeks of intermittent fibre, and NOT getting it resolved I accept that you do not value my business.

and i tried phoning your billing and accounts as well.... seems everyone at MWEB is ***********....
