<p>For months i have been reporting faults with my internet that it is not working, they have blamed it on telkom and the router saying there is nothing wrong on thier side, telkom sent a technician they checked everything and all was well on thier side, i bought a new router and still they said i must have it checked, thier internet would work for a day and stop working for a month yet they would close the technical loging with out verify if the problem was completely sorted, i called in to see if we cant change my package to something that would work and i was told that there was nothing they could do on thier side, also that they dont dispatch technicians so they cannot come and see what axactly is the core of the problem, when i finally decided to cancel, i was told that the process is easy, i just need to send an email with the copy of my id, i did that and nothing was done, i called ot follow up then i was adviced that it takes 24 hours, called again and i was told they cant help it can only be cancelled with in a month, i spoke to different guys (zayeed) that transfered me to one department or the other who all gave me diffent stories and still left me with a disfunctional internet. Now if i was told that since my contract is a month to month bases and it will be easy to cancell after sending an email why is it that after stuggling with useless internet, i am still struggling with cancellation. At this moment i want nothing to do with mweb all i want is for them to release my line and cancel my service.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
