I signed up with MWEB for Fibre installation almost 2months ago and still nothing has been done. I have numerous calls to their Sales Support department for follow ups but still nothing. I even requested for a manager to call me back but up until today I have not received any call and Im still nowhere near to get the installation done which I already paid for. Never have I experienced such bad and *********** service and this from people who should be technologically savvy. Will not recommend their services to any other person. Will have to find a new service provider which is much more competent than them. Whether I will be receiving my money back, will most probably be another tale to tell
