We requested for Vuma account through MWeb just before the 1st of December and they have put through on the 10th and than again Vuma called 2 days ago to say they coming to install and even today they haven’t come through till today no update on why they haven’t come through. So *********** and annoying because I cancelled plans for people who don’t even come through and when I tried calling the call centre there was no reply.
