I recently got fibre installation, very quick service from EVOTEL however had to wait a week to get my router after my installation was done, then I get a bill the day the installation was done but we haven't even received our router! Now we get a statement for R3500 for early cancellation penalty fees when we haven't even cancelled, you hold for an hour to try and get through to them, you log queries on the website and NEVER GET A RESPONSE, the level of incompetence.
