We need to change the administrative email address on our domain. This process has been taking 3 weeks now. Today i spoke to Deon Naicker and he was really trying his best to help but the people he tried phoning dont answer or say they will get back to him or us but never do( Pearl Brown was suppose to contact us). So i phoned the Silver helpdesk and spoke to Lesego that once again couldnt get hold of the people that are suppose to handle this issue. He eventually said he is going to walk to their department to find out what is going on and will phone me back. He got back to me but said they cant do it because they do not have access to the domain....but they are hosting it ...
