Month two trying to upgrade my speed, I am appalled by the *********** service provided by MWEB. I have been given the runaround by mweb as I have no service after I called in to upgrade. An upgrade should take a few minutes but tracking the order I see it will be completed by the 16th of next month. Pathetic service from you guys
