I have been trying to get an fiber installation done by mweb for the past 4 months and I am still waiting. The service is suppose to be a free offer free from my employer working through mweb as the ISP and Vodacom as the Fiber provider. Vodacom never did a proper installation on the promises, never installed an ONT in order for the Router to connect to the SC fiber connector. Still trying 4 months later to get any service from Vodacom or mweb.

And I am still waiting for Vodacom to come and complete the installation.

I am calling almost daily to get an update. Promises are made for a call back, but no body calls me back.
