Have now been waiting for 10 DAYS for a service I was promised within a MAXIMUM of 48 hours. Buzzwords: escalating- everybody I have spoken to has Escalated my order, but the sad truth is seem in my online 'track your order' where the general incompetence can be seen. Absolutely shocking service, all with a bland smile and apparently helpful demeanor. Don't be fooled!
