I signed up on mweb and waiting for delivery of a sim card and router, i need to get my delivery address updated and spoke to several of their staff whom either did not know what they were doing or simply tells you to hold the line and transfers you back to the main selection menu. i am currently at 1 hour on this call still holding on to speak to someone competent enough to sort out a simple query. you would expect better service from a provider as supposedly big as mweb
