***********

I ordered an LTE service from mweb at the end of June, and was unfortunately involved in a terrible accident on the 2nd of July and am still undergoing physiotherapy as a result. My brother took my belongings, including my phone and later got an sms from CCD couriers that my parcel had arrived. He then contacted them to arrange to receive on my behalf, since I am not capable of receiving the package. They said they will contact mweb, which took forever, until he contacted Convergex, their parent company, and he got a reply promptly, stating that he would have to open an account with mweb, as they do not allow third parties to receive. I find this stupid and rigid, as my brother has received 2 parcels from 2 different couriers on my behalf without any of this childish hassle, since my hospitalisation.

I then just gave up on it and we sent mweb an email trying to resolve this and even went as far as telling them to take their router back, and they did not reply to date. I just got an sms and an email threatening that I will listed dues to non-payment. How do these *****s expect me to pay for something that I have never received, let alone used? Below is their disgusting attempt to scare me into paying for their non-delivery!!! "Due to non-payment, your Mweb account will be listed with the Credit Bureau. Please contact us urgently on *** to arrange payment"

I need advice on who to contact to report these *********** *****s.
