Incompetence and Poor Service

I have been struggling to get my line released between Mweb and OpenServe since the 12 of August. The request was rejected by OpenServe for unknown reasons. No feedback provided and unable to get into direct contact with any individual at OpenServe because they do not speak to clients. This has been ongoing for 2 months for a simple request as a line release. Useless and *********** is an understatement.
