INCOMPETANT STAFF OF MWEB RANDBURG AND CAPE TOWN HEADOFFICE

I informed MWeb since October that my Mweb email account was hacked by another company and that even my User name was changes. Nothing happened after emails, telecon. Today I decided to call he headoffice in Cape Town, because I urgently need to access my Inbox. I told the person the same story and told her that when I report it to the Technical Team, they let me change my password. When I tried to read my Inbox the nex day, it had 33 000 emails, being all the emails that I deleted since 2014 that was sent to my inbox twice. When I asked her to assist me in deleting all the unnecassary emails, and get rid of the hacker who, ws using my account, she asked me if she could not sell a bigger mailbox to me!!! UNBELIEVABLE
