Incompetance

I placed an order with mweb capped LTE that comes with the modem I cancelled it 3 days ago but I see they tried debiting my account without my consent yesterday I paid for SIM only and it is not showing on my order list their live chat service is very slow I spoke to Jason who claimed he has cancelled the order with a modem but my account is still showing that I have to pay R844
