INADEQUATE / INEFFICIENT SERVICE

Extremely poor service, totally inefficient call centre agents that cannot resolve technical issues. Seems as if they are "out-of-sorts" and clutching at straws hoping to find the solutions....three days to resolve my business e-mail and still no joy. Been on the phone with them for more than two hours, and on my own expense because they don't call you back....TOTALLY HOPELESS
