Inactive Services, No Response 7days already

I trust your well, im not.

I ordered my LTE router and sim and it was delivered last week. I have made several phone calls to Mweb however there is no one is able to help me. My Sim card has no network and is not working at all. ( inactive)

When i check on the mweb website under orders. It says i have not received my order asyet.

Please help urgently as i need the services.
