Inactive line yet being billed

We have had a fiber box installed, and router connected three days ago. The internet line is not connected as yet, as they have entered in the wrong address. This has been going on the whole week. What is worse that I have been debited for half a month, yet still I have no internet connection. MWEB has an online ticket log, which keeps coming up with an error when trying to log a ticket. Technical or sales support does not have a call back service.
