Inability to resolve internet issues

I have endless connection issues called more times that I can count, my internet drops, disconnects on a daily basis, all they do is escalate and promise to call back but never does. I requested for them come out and check my line and my modem, but it falls on deaf ears. Absolute no interest to resolve my fault.
