Impossible to speak to anyone at Mweb

Nearly impossible to speak to someone at Mweb when you needs assistance with anything! It takes you ages to speak to a call center agent and the app is of no use. I paid my account on 03/01/2025 and I still get notifications that the account has not been paid. I can't get through to the call center... and trying to speak to an agent via the app is just as a waste of time!
