Impossible to resolve queries

I am a new customer of Mweb and I am already regretting my decision. I recently ordered a product from them and it is taking longer than the estimated time for the product to be delivered. I have spent almost R200 in airtime just trying to get through to the call centre so that I can find out what is going on. The queries option on the website doesn't work, unsurprisingly, and there is no email address on the website where queries can be sent. While scrolling through Hellopeter, I can see that customer support is a big problem for Mweb and I understand why...
