Impossible to get through to cancel my contract.

I have been trying for days to get someone to assist with canceling my Mweb contract, always struggle to get through on the phone, when I eventually get through the line cuts or the "voice" tells you they are unable to take your call at the moment. And when I eventually spoke to someone after holding for 25min she put me through to cancelations department only for that department to be experiencing high call volumes. I was promised a call back was logged but nothing. They are quick to sign you up but when you want to cancel it's not so easy.
