Impossible to get sense out of Mweb

Mweb sent me an email saying "review your statement, click on the button below" . I did that and abracadabra it took me back to the opening mweb web page. Very clever but no statement!

We understand the frustration. If you’ve clicked through from the email expecting your statement and simply landed back on the Mweb homepage, that certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have. The latest Mweb App gives you a direct way to access your statement:

Open the Mweb App and log in.
Select Billing from the top menu.
Select View Statement.
Your statement will open on screen, where you can scroll through the statement entries.
Select the option to view or download the statement as a PDF.
