Impossible to get hold of (on hold for over an hour)

Honestly, the worst service I have ever come across. My partner and I waited on the line in total over an hour and a half over the course of a week no one picked up. I had to wait on hold for 37min to finally cancel the installation because who wants a provider that you can’t get hold of. I cancelled and went with WiruLink which has been amazing. Just to have the installers call to let us know the order was never officially cancelled.
