IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY AFTER SALES SERVICE FROM MWEB

Terrible after sales service! Never ever can I get them on the phone if I have a problem. Today I waited for about 20 minutes on the phone and my friend did as well. Never got through to anyone! They dont respond to any amount of emails sent to them. Last year when I had a serious problem and I bombarded them with emails I got a call after two weeks! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anyone at MWeb
