Impossible to contact MWeb for information (phone line and chat function)

Impossible to get a response from their contact centre. Their phone queuing system dropped my call after holding on for almost two hours. And the chat function kept me waiting for 50 minutes, and then the operator ended the chat without providing the information I requested regarding the transfer of the service to a new user.
