Impossible to contact Mweb

I received a router that had to be returned. I logged a call and according to Mweb, the courier was supposed to collect the product. However, the courier as per the sms from Mweb does not know anything about it. I tried to call Mweb for the past few days. The number does not want to work. It is also not possible to send an email or to log a query. This means that it is not possible to contact Mweb. This is frustrating.
