Impossible to contact!

As it happened, I got into arrears on my acount... Trying to send the POP is a nightmare, and speaking to someone in billing or on their online chat is impossible. How is it possible that there are 0 agents online? Do the people at Mweb work? Ive been holding the line for over 15 minutes when I phoned and no answer, and all i want to do is send a POP because I can seem to upload it on the app, since that is also not working!
