Impossible to cancel with MWEB

I have been trying to cancel my Mweb account after 3 years. Service has been good. However, I find it impossible to action the cancellation. I have been at it for 5 hours today. No fault of my own. The password resets they send (I have received 5) - is completely incoherent and makes it impossible to log on and impossible to send a formal notice to cancel 01 Nov 2022 (1 Calendar month according to contract)

Please help.
