Trying since.last week to cancel my month to month contract. You call them..after 20 min, someone over the App via their chat section engages you an then promises to get the RETENTION team to call you. The Retention Team calls after a few days..then drops the call deliberately after literally a second. Clearly a ploy...to stall you. They then proceed to send you an SMS that they attempted to contact you, and could you please return their call to the Retention Team on ***. You do so, but then once you get through they deliberately drop the call on you. It's damn well ********* an morally incorrect. They don't give you an option to cancel --- asseblief people, run a mile if you thinking of signing up with them. Only option now is to reverse debit orders monthly or close the bank account.
