Impossible to cancel subscription
After several attempts to cancel my subscription with them via email and telephonically it is still not cancelled and they debit my account each month. Apparently you need to do it online but I've tried and there is no option on the webpage that I was directed to use to cancel. I really hate this company and I still pay them for nothing.
