Impossible to cancel!

I have been trying to cancel my month-to-month contract due to their high rates and constant price increases but this seems to be impossible! They do not answer the phones; reply online or respond to emails. I have even tried to stop the debit order via my banking app but that also ended up as unsuccessful. This process has started early December 2024. When you want to upgrade your service THEN they are a 100% attentive and you get the best service in the industry. I am very disappointed and I will NOT EVER recommend their services again.
