impaired MWEB

I asked for a quote and had to put all my details before they will do anything. then i get a sms to say that there will be costs involved. you cant get any answer on the phones and emails does not work. When I finally got through after spending R200 on the phone call I got a refence number that the order was cancelled by me, yeah I cancelled the order, because they cant help me. Then the debit order went off my account. I had no idea what was going on. Now they are still igognito. MWEB is silent and is only sending sms and emails no reply that the debit order bounced. Yeah I disputed it. But they never cancelled the order as I requested. Now I am holding again for the past 30 minutes. ( I understand why their phones are ringing off the hook becaus they are useless)
