I'm very upset

I am very upset with the service I am getting with this nweb and vuma it's now whole month not getting services and they keep creating tickets for me without solving anything for me I want my money back and call center is horrible service no help instead they transfer me to a place where il be on the line till my airtime gets finished more than 30 minutes and Silindile from vumatel must get fired for misleading me and lying about apoitment she set which no one came
