I'm a client of more than 10 years and whilst one experiences the occassional hiccup, I have always been able to contact an agent to attend to my queries. Understandably, people do experience delays but consistently using the Chat option I have always been fortunate to have issues resolved. I have now experienced customer interaction with Se**** on a couple of occasions and I have a high regard for his work ethic. I will continue my relationship with the company due to the respect and responsibility shown by him and his immediate colleagues. I value that.
