For the most part, the connection and stability of the 25/25 fiber line is good. But what makes me give this negative review is the constant threats received on email that the connection is going to be suspended due to late pay. From the beginning we made it clear that we only get paid on the 4th. And every month, we receive an email threatening us. By law, you can not cancel or suspend our service until, if we haven't paid by the 7th of the month, and only after the 7th... NOT BEFORE! As a result of this inconvenience, it costs me an additional R50 a month due to bank penalties. Worst part is, there is no customer care service we can communicate with to sort this issue out. We are in the process of moving and I am not so sure I want to continue using this service.
