Please can I have this rectified TODAY, failing which I will report this as theft and a formal dispute of the two transactions will be reported.
Transaction 1 2017-09-29 Description. ACB DEBIT:EXTERNAL MWEB IN INTERNET:R ********** 9 Amount. -931.00
Transaction 2 attached
You have *******LY deducted money from my account. 1. You are in breach of your contract 2. Regard This as a FORMAL Complaint 3. I will be escalating this on social media should I not hear from you by COB today – 18 October 2017
