Ignored refund

*** is a reference that Mweb Billing emailed me to say my father's matter was concluded. However we haven't had a reply or explanation from Accounts. <br> <br> I keep contacting them via email and phone and they dodge the matter and trying to put blame onto us.<br> <br> Shocking that after all these years with Mweb that an error of THEM charging us double for over a year they have continually ignored our request for an explanation and a refund.<br> <br> <br> I did speak to a young girl a few times who supposedly was investigating. She phoned a few times but tried repeatedly to blame us.<br> <br> She could not resolve why we had a double account and a strange second email which was created by Mweb accounts 'accidently' when they sent us a new Router which they offered us. She could see the email had never been used.<br> <br> Accounts then put our account out back to one account and they now REFUSE contact. Shocking and they are part I'd the Naspers group too.
