Ignore Billing Query

After indicating that I would accept the advertised uncapped service at R199.00 providing that I was guaranteed to be able to keep my e mail service as is, I then cancelled the service before activation as these guarantees were not forthcoming. I was sent SMS's confirming cancellation but now I am being billed at R417.00 per month, 2 months after confirmation of cancellation. Queries are met with automated replies and no action, simply additional reference numbers and instruction to phone call centre numbers that result in sitting in Q's. Firstly, where is the R199.00 monthly? and secondly, after confirmation that the service was cancelled, billing started .<br> Beware of this company and their sales people who are clueless.
