If you know what’s good for you, don’t take Mweb you will regret it

I don’t I’ve ever been this frustrated with a service provider. I ordered the wifi on the 16th of April and till this day, they deducted money from me but I still don’t have the internet. They delivered after 3 weeks a box with no correct cables, tried to cancel and get another service provider and now they’re holding the line hostage against my will. I’ve tried to call but they don’t pick up, sent emails no response, i don’t want to mention WhatsApp.
