IF USELESS WAS A PERSON, IT WOULD BE named MWEB!!!!

So my account is suspended and i have only had my router for a week, it's not even pay day so they can debit their money. now i don't have internet and i was not even informed my services are being suspended thirdly i now have to pay for the router as well.PATHETIC SERVICE! only if i knew what i was getting myself into i would have stayed away or better yet join a provider that knows how to treat their clients!!
