I'd stay away

If I could give them zero stars I would. Trying to get any department on the phone is impossible, they drop your call or keep you on hold constantly. On many occasions I was told something was rectified on my account only to find out it never was. My bill has increased rapidly within 2 days for no reason, when I tried to call the department nobody answered. Appalling customer service and turn around time.
