I would not recommend this **** ISP to my worst enemy

I cannot begin to describe how disgusted I am by mweb. I'm only seeing these complaints now. I wish I had checked before I switched to them, and I see they don't even reply to complaints. So they don't even care. I saw the 2 months free + plus router package online and I placed and order. Someone contacted me via phone call and I confirmed the 2 months free with them. This was in May. Today, on the 7th of May, I get a statement saying I owe. R1177. I call them to find out what exactly is going on and they tell me that deal ended in March. How did it end in March when I confirmed that's what I'm taking up with their own agent? I am completely and utterly disgusted by how misleading and disingenuous these people are.
