I Would Never Recommend!

One star is way too high! I have had issues with reaching the contact centre many times. I am put on hold for an hour minimum, then the call ends up dropping in the last second. The live chat team is not helpful in any way. I regret the day I ever signed up with you. The cancellation process is somehow taking longer than it should, coincidentally.
